Eldova Partners LLP, represented by Siddhant Sharma, delivers all products and services purchased on eldova.org digitally.

1. Coaching Services

Coaching sessions are delivered online over video call at the time agreed during booking. Session details and joining links are shared by email or message after your booking is confirmed.

2. Digital Products

• Digital products, including journals, workbooks and checklists, are delivered electronically after successful payment, by email, through a download link, or both.

• Delivery is usually immediate after payment is confirmed.

• If you have not received your product within 24 hours of payment, please check your spam or junk folder, then write to us at info@eldova.org with your order details.

• Please make sure the email address you provide at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address.

• Download links may expire or allow a limited number of downloads. Please save your files once you receive them.

3. Physical Products

Any printed products we make available through third-party marketplaces are sold, shipped and delivered by those marketplaces under their own shipping and return policies. If we begin shipping physical products through the Website, this policy will be updated.
