Refund & Cancellation Policy

A legal disclaimer

This policy applies to all coaching services and products offered by Eldova Partners LLP, represented by Siddhant Sharma, through eldova.org and through any third-party booking platform or payment gateway we use. It should be read with our Terms and Conditions. Where a separate written agreement exists for an engagement, that agreement prevails in case of any conflict.

 

1. Coaching Sessions and Packages

  • All coaching sessions and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as set out in Section 3 below.

  • Sessions not attended without prior notice may be treated as delivered and will not be refunded.

  • Where we are unable to attend a scheduled session, we will offer you a new time.

 

2. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is at our sole discretion. You may request a new time, and a session is moved only once we approve the request in writing. Approved reschedules do not create a right to a refund.

 

3. Ending an Engagement

  • Either party may end an ongoing engagement by giving at least seven (7) days' written notice to the other.

  • Where notice of less than seven (7) days is given, no refund is applicable.

  • Sessions scheduled within seven (7) days of the date of booking are non-refundable.

  • Any unpaid fees become immediately payable on termination.

Any refund approved under this section is decided at our discretion and will be processed to the original payment method.

 

4. Digital Products

All digital products, including journals, workbooks, checklists and other downloadable resources, are non-refundable once purchased. Please review the product description carefully before buying.

If a file is faulty or you cannot access it, write to us and we will help resolve the issue.

 

5. Third-Party Platforms and Add-Ons

Purchases made through third-party booking platforms, including any add-ons offered there, are also subject to those platforms' own refund terms and processing timelines.
