I’m Siddhant Sharma, a clarity and decision-making coach based in Bengaluru. I work with founders and professionals at the points in their careers and lives where the next move matters and the right answer is hard to see.
We, at Eldova, help people and teams think clearly through the decisions that shape their work and lives, and then act on them.
Our work covers one-on-one coaching, team coaching, corporate workshops, and self-guided resources such as journals, practical checklists and a free short course on making better calls at work. We work with professionals, first-time managers, senior leaders and founders around the world, and with many founders and entrepreneurs in Bengaluru.
Before coaching full time, I worked in financial operations at a global financial technology firm. I saw how decisions get made inside large organisations, and how often capable people stay stuck in a choice because no one helps them think it through. In 2025, I made my own career move into full-time coaching, and that experience shapes how I support people facing big decisions.

Most of my clients are corporate professionals and first-time managers, and I work with many founders and entrepreneurs across Bengaluru. I offer executive, leadership, career development, founder’s, team and life coaching, with mentoring when you want direct input from my own experience.
How I Work
My coaching is built on questions. I ask the ones you have been avoiding, and I point out the assumptions and blind spots that are hard to see from where you stand. I have no stake in what you decide, so you get an honest sounding board in a confidential, judgement-free space. The answers come from you, and they hold up because they are yours.
