A legal disclaimer

By browsing the Website, booking a session, making a payment, or downloading any product, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund and Cancellation Policy, and our Shipping and Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Individual and Corporate Agreements
Some engagements, including corporate, team and organisation-sponsored engagements, are governed by a separate written agreement. Where such an agreement exists and any of its terms conflict with these Terms, the separate written agreement prevails to the extent of that conflict. In all other respects, these Terms continue to apply.
3. Eligibility and Minors
The Services are open to individuals of all ages. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the Services only with the verifiable consent of your parent or legal guardian and, where another person or organisation is paying for the Services, the consent of that sponsor. We may ask for proof of such consent before providing any Service and may decline or pause a Service until it is received.
4. Nature of Coaching
Coaching is a collaborative, thought-provoking process designed to support personal and professional development. Coaching is delivered by Siddhant Sharma, who is trained under an International Coaching Federation (ICF) affiliated institute and follows the ICF Code of Ethics.
Coaching is not counselling, psychotherapy, or any form of medical or mental health care. It is also not a substitute for professional advice, including medical, legal, financial, tax or business advice. You agree to seek independent professional guidance wherever it is required.
Mentoring inputs or opinions are offered only where this has been communicated and agreed in advance.
During coaching, the coach may, with your consent, ask challenging questions, reflect back observations, question assumptions, and suggest exercises or self-work between sessions.
5. Your Responsibilities
-
Come to each session with a clear agenda or topic you wish to work on.
-
Be open, honest and fully engaged during sessions.
-
Complete agreed actions, exercises and pre-work to the best of your ability.
-
Join sessions on time from a place where you can speak freely.
You remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions and results, during and after the Services.
6. Bookings and Payments
Sessions and products may be booked and paid for through the Website, third-party booking platforms, or payment gateways that we make available from time to time. Payments are processed by these third-party providers under their own terms, and your card and bank details are never stored by us.
All prices are as displayed at the time of booking or purchase. Applicable taxes and any charges levied by the payment provider may be added at checkout.
A booking is confirmed only after full payment is received. We may decline, withhold or cancel a session if payment has not been received as agreed.
We may offer discounts, referral benefits or packages from time to time. Their conditions will be communicated at the time of the offer, and we may change or withdraw any offer at our discretion.
7. Scheduling, Rescheduling and Attendance
-
Session times are agreed in advance and are subject to mutual availability.
-
Rescheduling is at our sole discretion. You may request a reschedule, and the session is moved only once we have approved the request in writing. Requests should be made with reasonable advance notice. Approval of one request does not create a right to future reschedules.
-
Each session starts and ends at its scheduled time. If you join late, the session still ends at the originally scheduled time.
-
If you do not join a session and have not informed us in advance, the session may be treated as delivered, and the fee for it will not be refunded.
-
Any exception to these guidelines is granted at our sole discretion and does not set a precedent.
Booking a session confirms that you accept these guidelines.
8. Communication Between Sessions
Where communication support between sessions is offered, it is meant only for brief queries suited to text-based messages. We will respond within a reasonable time on working days.
9. Confidentiality and Session Recordings
Everything you share during coaching is kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm to you or others.
Sessions may be recorded by us solely to review and improve the quality of our coaching. Recordings are never shared with any third party without your prior written consent, except where required by law.
Where an organisation or other sponsor pays for coaching, the scope of any information shared with that sponsor will be agreed in writing before the engagement begins.
We may use general learnings, themes and insights from our work for professional development, training, content and other business purposes, only in a form that is anonymised and cannot identify you. Our Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.
10. Digital Products and Free Resources
Our journals, workbooks, checklists and other digital products, whether paid or free, are provided for general information and self-reflection, and nothing in them constitutes professional, legal, financial, medical or tax advice.
While we take care in preparing them, they may contain errors, omissions, or information that is outdated or does not apply to your circumstances. You are solely responsible for cross-checking all facts, information and data in these products against official and current sources before relying on or acting on them. Eldova Partners LLP and Siddhant Sharma accept no liability for any misinformation, error or omission in these products, or for any loss arising from their use.
11. Intellectual Property

When you buy or download a product, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, share, distribute, publish, upload, modify or create derivative works from any product or material, whether paid or free, without our prior written permission.
12. No Guarantee of Results
Outcomes from coaching and from the use of our products depend on many factors, including your own effort and circumstances. We make no promise, representation or warranty about any specific result, outcome or timeline.
13. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eldova Partners LLP, Siddhant Sharma and anyone acting on their behalf shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, damage or distress arising from or related to your use of the Website or the Services.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a Service shall be limited to the amount you paid for that specific Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eldova Partners LLP and Siddhant Sharma from any claims, liabilities, losses or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Third-Party Platforms and Links
The Website and Services use third-party platforms, such as website hosting, booking, payment, video-conferencing and messaging services. Their use is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. The Website may also link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of any third party.
15. Refusal and Termination of Service
We may refuse, suspend or end any Service at our discretion, including where these Terms are breached, where conduct is abusive or disrespectful, or where we believe coaching is not the right support for you. Either party may end an ongoing engagement by giving written notice, as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. On termination, any unpaid fees become immediately payable.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
If a dispute arises, both parties agree first to try to resolve it through good-faith discussion and then through mediation in Bengaluru, Karnataka. If the dispute is not resolved through mediation, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
